3. Subscription & Fees Policy

• Fixed Subscription Fee: Users pay a subscription fee to access the platform and follow Master Traders.
• No Profit Sharing: BOTKING does not take a share of your profits.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in specific promotional offers.

4. Platform and Service Usage

• Users must connect their trading account (e.g., Binance futures) to the BOTKING platform to activate trade replication.
• BOTKING facilitates trade automation through Master Traders but does not guarantee profitability.
• The platform may undergo maintenance or experience downtimes; users will be notified accordingly.

5. AI-Assisted Trading Decisions

• BOTKING relies on external AI models to assist Master Traders in making trading decisions.
• Users acknowledge that AI-based recommendations are not guaranteed and are subject to market conditions.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• BOTKING collects user data to provide the service and enhance user experience.
• We ensure strict confidentiality and do not share data with third parties without user consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

• BOTKING is not liable for any financial loss or damages resulting from trading activities.
• Users agree to hold BOTKING harmless in case of disruptions, technical errors, or performance issues.

• Users will be notified of changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use implies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination and Suspension

• BOTKING reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if there is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Users can also choose to cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.
